Meet the Creator

Yoga Poses and Benefits was created by Heather Cumens, RYT 200, a yoga teacher and lifelong practitioner who is passionate about making yoga approachable and beneficial for everyone. Heather draws on her training and personal experience to create content that balances accuracy with accessibility.
